One-bedroom rental rate starts at $790

Two-bedroom rental rate starts from $950 - $1050

Three-bedroom rental rate starts from $1200 - $1300

Private garage spaces are also available for rent starting at $50

 We allow both cats and dogs.

-Tenants pay a low flat monthly rate for water based off number of occupants 

-Electric is individually metered

-Heat is included in the rent!!!

-Application fee is only $35 per person. Everyone over the age of 18 must apply.

-Deposit is equal to 1 month's rent with approved credit

-We offer 12 month lease terms

-We offer Deposit & Co-Signer programs.

Onsite maintenance will assist during business hours for any repair needs that may arise and an we have an after hours call center to handle any unexpected emergencies. We also offer a convenient app to notify us of any issues that arise in your apartment.
